Program Descriptions

EFA Infinity ($997). An AI-supported self-paced education program with three pathways—Dropshipping, Print-on-Demand (POD), and CIC—plus access to daily Freedom Engine classes during the access term. Includes training videos, templates, community access, and periodic live sessions as scheduled.

Infinity Accelerator ($5,000). A 6-month group coaching program featuring two (2) coaching calls per month, milestone roadmap, accountability support, and six (6) months of complimentary Freedom Engine access

Freedom Engine Continuity

Infinity Accelerator includes six (6) months of complimentary access to Freedom Engine beginning on the date access is granted. After six months, access will continue at $97/month unless canceled prior to renewal using the instructions in your account or by contacting info@ecomfamilyacademy.com. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next monthly charge. Partial months are not prorated.

By providing your telephone number and/or email address, you expressly consent and agree that Ecom Family Academy, its affiliates, and authorized partners may contact you via:

Email and/or automated messaging platforms

These communications may include operational updates, promotional messages, appointment reminders, and offers.

By clicking a button, checking a box, or otherwise submitting your information on our website or order forms, you are providing your electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act, which constitutes your written consent to receive such communications.

Your outcomes depend on multiple factors, including work ethic, business model, and implementation. All business entails risk. 3. License & Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Ecom Family Academy and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for materials on our websites and in our programs.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal use only.

Redistribute content without prior written consent

Program Delivery & Non-Transferability

Delivery Start. Program delivery begins when EFA grants you access to the community, portal, or first live session, whichever occurs first. Once delivery begins, no reversals or refunds apply except as expressly permitted in Refund Policies.

Non-Transferability. Access credentials are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Unauthorized sharing will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may trigger additional remedies. You agree to maintain reasonable safeguards for your login and to notify EFA of any unauthorized use.

We may offer affiliate programs allowing individuals or companies to earn commissions on referred sales. Participation is subject to separate affiliate program terms.

Affiliates must:

Comply with all applicable marketing laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state regulations

Use approved marketing materials only

Not make deceptive or misleading claims

Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in all communications

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

General. Except as expressly stated below, all sales are final. Any permitted refund applies only to the original purchaser and original payment method.

A. Infinity Program (Education Product).

A refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase (calendar days). Eligibility requires proof of implementation, which means at minimum:

(i) store/account setup completed;

(ii) at least one (1) ad campaign launched or at least three (3) pieces of program-guided content posted; and

(iii) completion of the required course modules in the Learning Portal (as recorded by the system).

Where applicable, EFA may require reasonable proof of minimum ad spend as specified on the order page at purchase.

B. Infinity Accelerator (Coaching Program).

 Infinity Accelerator is a coaching and advisory program. Due to the nature of coaching, no refunds are permitted once program access is granted or the first coaching call occurs, whichever happens first, regardless of attendance. Rescheduling/makeup opportunities are provided at EFA’s discretion.

Timing Rules. Any refund window is measured from the purchase date (not the date of orientation, onboarding, or first call).

Process. To initiate a request, email reggie@reginaldjennings.com with your order number, purchase date, and proof of implementation (if applicable). EFA will review in good faith and respond within a commercially reasonable time.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback while a refund request is under review may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

Success Guarantee (Accelerator Only)

From time to time, Infinity Accelerator may be offered with a Success Guarantee as described in the Fulfillment Explainer available at or after purchase. This is not a refund guarantee. Eligibility (if offered) requires timely completion of assigned milestones, attendance at required coaching calls, and documented proof of implementation as specified in the Fulfillment Explainer. EFA reserves the right to verify submissions and determine eligibility in its reasonable discretion.

Ecom Family Academy will never contact you outside official channels to request payment or personal information. All official communications come from verified emails or booking links. If you receive suspicious messages, email info@ecomfamilyacademy.com immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EFA is not liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our programs or website

Damages from telecom failures, unauthorized data access, or service interruptions

Reliance on testimonials, case studies, or marketing content

Nothing herein limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, United States.

Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

As noted above, this Agreement is governed by Florida law (without regard to conflicts rules). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our programs shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Rules in Florida, before a single arbitrator. You and EFA waive any right to a jury trial and agree that all claims must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may award individual relief only. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or programs after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
